Crafted by Chef Carlton, The Fine Dining Pop-Up Menu reimagines comfort food through the lens of modern plating and bold, elevated flavor. Experience brisket with black garlic aioli and cherry gastrique. Dive into smoked pork paired with spiced butter yams. Explore truffled mac, savory sausages, fresh herbs, and elegant textures — all plated with intention. This is a weekly pop-up experience — the menu will evolve regularly, keeping each visit fresh and inspired. Come for the jazz. Stay for the fire. Smoked Butternut Squash Soup

Butternut squash gently smoked and finished with nutty sage brown butter and a delicate crunch of toasted pepitas.



Smoked French Onion Soup

Caramelized onions enriched with subtle smoke, layered into a deep, savory broth, and crowned with a gruyère crostini. Finished with a hint of thyme ash.
